DIGITAL PRINTS: 7.5 x 9.75, 8 x 10 printed area.  These extremely high quality digital prints are printed on white linen acid-free card stock using a top grade Komica Minolta Production digital printer.

(The inks and dyes used in the process can last approximately 100 years.)

GICLEE PRINTS: 10.75 x 15, 12 x 15, 15 x 21 printed area.  These giclee prints are printed on Infinity Museum quality acid-free hot-press 190lb watercolor paper using an Epson printer with Epson Chrome 3K Archival inks.

(A giclée print which is stored in normal conditions should last 100 years or more. Our prints are produced using the finest paper, canvas, solvents and lightfast inks which resist fading and will be around for 100 years.)

* Watercolor paintings are reproduced in digital or giclee form on acid-free linen or watercolor paper.
* Acrylic paintingss are reproduced as giclees on canvas.

* A white border of approximately two inches surrounds the above printed area dimensions.

16 x 12: Printed on quality light-weight matt vinyl paper using wide format top CMYK inkjet printer.

Shipping Method
All orders are dispatched and delivered by our postal courier: Monday – Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

Process & Delivery of Goods
All orders that are confirmed (with payment & verified proof of payment) will be processed on the same working day.

Order Tracking
Delivery tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email once the order has been shipped. Tracking of parcels can be made from our postal courier’s website. If any delivery problems occur, please contact us.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address and other given information is correct to avoid any mis-delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 days return policy on original paintings.
We have a 14 days exchange policy on reproductions/prints for store credit.
Customer is responsible for packing the artwork for the return or exchange and is responsible for the return shipping fee.
